Description#
Lomnický Štít is a dominant High Tatras summit above Tatranská Lomnica, distinguished by its summit observatory and cable-car access. Its steep walls retain a substantial climbing history.
The cable car supplies the usual non-climbing access. Mountaineering routes include the Jordánka and ridge routes from the Skalnatá dolina side, which are separate from the tourist infrastructure.
