Description#
Gross Grünhorn rises above the Fiescher Glacier in the Bernese Alps, near the long crest connecting the Fiescherhorns and Finsteraarhorn. Its glacier approaches are extensive.
The Konkordia Hut is a customary base, with the normal route gaining the Grünhornlücke and following the upper ridge. Traverses from the Fiescherhorn side add technical complexity.
