Description#
Gross Fiescherhorn is the highest point of the Fiescherhorn ridge above the Aletsch Glacier. It is often climbed in combination with the Hinter Fiescherhorn.
The normal route is generally based at the Mönchsjoch Hut and follows the north-east ridge from the Fieschersattel. Ridge traverses toward the other Fiescherhorn summits are more involved.
