Aiguilles du Diable (L'Isolée)

Description#

L’Isolée is the final and highest spire of the Aiguilles du Diable on the south-east ridge of Mont Blanc du Tacul. It is a prize of the renowned five-spire granite traverse.

The Arête du Diable is usually approached from the Refuge des Cosmiques via the Col du Diable, then continued across the spires toward Mont Blanc du Tacul. L’Isolée contains some of the traverse’s hardest climbing.
