Description#
Aiguille Verte is one of the great granite-and-ice summits of the Mont Blanc Group, dominating the Argentière and Talèfre basins. Its north face carries several classic steep snow and ice lines.
The Whymper Couloir is the customary normal route, usually approached from the Refuge du Couvercle. The Couturier Couloir and the Moine ridge are important, more demanding alternatives.
