Description#
Aletschhorn is the second-highest peak of the Bernese Alps, standing above the Aletsch and Mittelaletsch glaciers. Its north face is one of the range’s major walls.
The normal route uses the Mittelaletsch Hut and follows the south-east ridge. The north face is a celebrated serious ice and mixed objective.
