Alphubel

Description#

Alphubel is a broad glacial dome between Täsch and Saas-Fee, with a sharply corniced northern side. It is a classic high tour and ski-mountaineering summit.

The normal route is commonly based at the Täsch Hut and follows the south-east ridge. The alternative from Mittelallalin crosses the glacier and approaches the summit from the north-west.
