Description#
Mont Blanc du Tacul stands above the Vallée Blanche between the Aiguille du Midi and Mont Maudit. Its north face holds several classic ice and mixed routes.
The normal route is usually approached from the Aiguille du Midi or the Cosmiques Hut across the Glacier du Géant. The Contamine–Grisolle route on the north face and the Aiguilles du Diable traverse are notable technical lines.
