Description#
Mont Maudit rises between Mont Blanc du Tacul and Mont Blanc above the Vallée Blanche. It is a principal summit of the Trois Monts itinerary and has substantial glacial north-west slopes.
The usual route comes from the Cosmiques Hut over Mont Blanc du Tacul and the Col du Mont Maudit. The Kuffner ridge is a classic, far more technical frontier ridge from the Italian side.
