Description#

The Weisshorn is one of the most distinctive pyramids in the Pennine Alps, rising above Zinal, Randa and the Turtmann valley. Its three great ridges and striking faces make it a defining Swiss alpine summit.

The normal route follows the north ridge from the Weisshorn Hut. The Schali ridge and east ridge are major alternatives, while the north face is a historic ice and mixed climb.
